Our PAN (Pupil Admission Number) is 20. This means each year up to 20 new children start in Reception at The Wyche. In all classes except for Green Class there are ten children from one year group and 20 from another. These are grouped so they are close in age, so that, for example, the year after they start with us, the younger ten reception children stay in Red class for their Year 1, whereas the elder ten move to Yellow class for their Year 1 teaching. The details are below. All children will experience all teachers during their time at The Wyche, but some (such as older year 4 children with Miss Bent or younger Year 3 children with Mr Wilson) may stay for 2 years with one teacher depending on their age.
